The platform TrapLab Radio, initiated by Grenswerk, was launched in 2020 as an online streaming radio station and a creative hub for local and regional DJ talent under the name TrapLab Radio. Every Friday, alternative Dance and Hip-Hop music is streamed live from the Grenswerk studio between 15:00 and 23:00.
TrapLab Radio has evolved significantly within Grenswerk’s programming and the broader Venlo region. It provides a stage for many creators and artists from the area, with listeners tuning in from all over North Limburg every week. TrapLab Radio was founded to energize the regional music scene, facilitate connections between young talents, and contribute to their growth and careers.

Additionally, TrapLab Radio provides real-life performance opportunities for a wide range of talented artists—not only through club nights at Grenswerk but also by hosting stages at major Limburg festivals such as Zomerparkfeest, Op Dreef, Stereo Sunday, and Aan De Waterkant. Furthermore, TrapLab Radio collaborates with other online radio stations across the Netherlands through exchange programs.
